Philip Carey BSc MRICS IMaPS MFPWS is the sole practitioner of P L Carey & Co.
Philip qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1987 and, having worked for some years at associate level with a private practice in Tower Bridge, set up his own practice based in Bromley in 2013.
Having initially a trade background and over thirty years' experience as a building surveyor for the territorial army, a housing association and three private chartered building surveyors practices, Philip considers he can offer a rounded and pragmatic approach to most surveying and construction matters.

Philip is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and belongs to the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, which specialises in party wall excellence.
Philip is also an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety.
