PL Carey & Co. is a Chartered Building Surveying practice set up as a limited company in May 2013.

The company was formed primarily to deal with party wall matters but also to offer professional services in relation to most aspects of building surveying including building surveys, contract administration, defect diagnosis, measured surveys, design and specification, maintenance and repair.

The company also offers advice and assistance with general property and health and safety matters.

PL Carey & Co. offers a friendly and helpful approach to all enquiries and is committed to providing a high level of professional service to residential and commercial clients, including managing agents, at competitive fee rates.
